What another wonderful class at Move today with Tracey. All the trainers are amazing. I particularly love my Friday lunch time class that kicks off my weekend.

From the second I walked into Move at Ascot 4 weeks ago I knew it was going to be for me. I have never found a group so welcoming without being fake or over the top. The big thing I noticed is how they articulated the moves we needed to perform. I didn’t feel silly because I immediatly understood what I needed to do.

Tracey, the owner and one of the trainers makes the place feel like you belong to part of the Move family.

She is the most generous, friendly and skilled pilates instructors I have ever met. And she has a team that eminates her standards and passions.

Thanks to Tracey and the girls I have found my new place to get strong and flexible. And I’m loving it! '

I love the community that Tracey has created at Move Pilates. I’ve been to so many Pilates studios, but it really feels like I’ve never done real Pilates before Move — so effective, challenging but fun. All the instructors are so attentive and kind and it truly feels like visiting my second home Everytime I’m there x

I absolutely love the classes! Tracey is the best and makes us all feel so comfortable. Although when she says "we are going to finish with one of your favourites"... don't believe her, the burn is real! hahah

Move is 100% the best pilates studio in Brisbane. It it genuinely my happy place and the best part of my day! Every instructor is highly skilled, supportive and kind. You will never leave and not feel the burn!! I HIGHLY recommend move!! :)

Great Pilates studio, fantastic instructors. I’ve loved Pilates for well over 10 years and the classes are a proper work out while still being beginner friendly. Highly recommend x

MOVE is the best pilatea studio I have attended in Brisbane. The studio itself has all the equipment you need including mat, Reformer, Swiss Ball and studio. The staff are all very friendly and committed to helping you achieve your goals, no matter what stage you're at. The community MOVE have built is incredible.
