Just finished another incredible 6:30 AM Pilates class at Move Pilates Ascot! Erin leads such a challenging yet supportive session. Move Pilates Ascot has genuinely changed my life! Exercise, particularly classes and strength-training, has always been really difficult for me, it feels very intimidating and overwhelming. Until I came to Move! Every class is so carefully and kindly curated by trainers who are well-educated, caring and so incredibly supportive. There are smiles, giggles and a gentleness that underpins every class which you feel almost relieved to walk back into when you return for another session. The way my body and my connection to it has changed in almost 100 classes is absolutely unbelievable, I’ve never felt so proud of myself and of my commitment to my health. The change certainly takes time, but Move makes that part easy. If you’re thinking about trying it, my advice is to jump in head first. Try to be open and receptive, embrace the excitement of the unknown, you’ll find the trainers and the community will be there waiting to meet you!

Interesting and challenging classes keeps it interesting and me seeing results. I’m addicted. The instructors are lovely and highly skilled. And the Sunday afternoon stretch and reset class is the perfect end to the week.
