FAQ

Due to the nature of our classes, any one at any level can sign up for one of our classes.  Our experienced instructors will guide you through a class, offering different spring choices and adding layers to allow you to work to your strength on the day.  We also offer modifications for common injuries or pre / post natal clients.

We have the full range of Pilates equipment that allows us to cater to our clients if they have pre existing injuries.  It is always best to come in for a consultation to discuss your needs before starting on any exercise regime post injury.

We love our Mamma’s to be in class !  We program our classes to ensure you have a safe experience while making the most of exercise.  We follow guidelines outlined by The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (view document here).

Once you reach a point where classes become a bit more challenging, we have Studio classes (with a maximum of 3 attendees at any time) that allow you to continue your Pilates practice until you are close to giving birth.

We have you covered.  With the introduction of a dedicated Senior’s Class, we program to keep you moving and safe.  Our only requirement is that you chat to us before booking into this class to ensure it is right for you.

We know life has a habit of getting in the way, but if possible we ask you to cancel out of any class you are booked into at least 12 hours before the start of class.  If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact [email protected].

After you add yourself to the waitlist you will receive a message confirming you are on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available in the class you will receive an email letting you know you are in the class.  Unfortunately the software does not support the ability to allow you to CONFIRM your spot.  If you are not able to check that you have been added to class from the waitlist, please cancel out.  Failure to do so will result in the class being lost.
