At Move Pilates, our mission is to ensure every Pilates class you take challenges you, maybe pushes you but ultimately you end the class feeling good… ‘because it feels good‘
Your Pilates journey may just be beginning, or perhaps you are looking for a challenging workout day after day. Here at Move Pilates, we have a variety of Reformer, Mat and Studio Pilates classes as well as Barre classes to get your body moving with confidence to achieve your goals.
We also cater to Mums & Bubs, and clients suffering from pain or rehabilitating and injury.
Pilates is a beautiful movement, which incorporates strength, stability and stretching, and with our fully certified and highly experienced Instructors, each class will challenge you in new ways to create a whole mind body experience.

Move Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located on historic Racecourse Road in leafy Ascot. A vibrant walking precinct, after Pilates, grab a coffee and stroll around enjoying all there is on offer.
